hate baron especially when it group with other cruisers.. baron runs slower than others with long range... hard to kite them.. if i fight 1-2 barons with other cruisers in frigate, I always will take armor or even structure damage :(

yes, it is nerfed. before patch it's 48/48 no matter what your skill is. now it's 49/60 unequiped.
